Well, today was the first time in a long time that I went back to LAWL. Even though I had not been going, I have been keeping up with my weightloss journal and exercising - well I didn't exercise the week after my surgery. I had only lost 2 pounds and 1.5 inches in my waist while the other areas went up a quarter inch. Ticia at LAWL says that I am not eating enough especially with all of the exercising I am doing. So, I am to eat MORE! Sounds so funny.
As for exercising, I had planned on getting to work earlier on Thursday so I could try the new class at LaFitness - bootcamp - but that didn't happen. So, I just did kickboxing and hip hop on Thursday. This coming week will be (if all goes to plan) aqua and yoga on Tuesday, bellydancing on Wednesday, and bootcamp and aqua on Thursday. I have to alternate aqua and kickbox/hip hop every other week because I really love the aqua and kickboxing classes because both teachers are great and they are at the same time.
